CONNECT+MAKE Summer Workshop

CONNECT+MAKE Summer Workshop invites students and professionals from a variety of backgrounds who wish to enhance their skill sets with the latest digital design and fabrication tools. Upon completion, participants will earn a Graduate Certificate. The intensive three-week program focuses on applying computational tools within a material-based “design-through-production process” that is informed by experimenting, testing, and prototyping.

About the workshop...

Participants will use a combination of Rhino, Grasshopper, and RhinoScript for digital, parametric, and procedural modeling. In addition, workshop participants will have full access to labs and training with fabrication equipment (such as laser cutters, CNC routers, and a 3D printer) to perform material experiments and prototyping for collaborative projects.
