EUE (End User Event) is building upon the tradition of widely acclaimed EUE (the original), EUE Connect (before Covid 19) and EUE ReConnect (after Covid 19) events, continuing the legacy that started in 2005. Throughout the years the event has changed and evolved in various ways, with EUE being the latest iteration. With an expanded crew behind it, we aim to further improve the evento experience and bring even more value to both end users and software developers alike. Ever since the very beginning, EUE events have always been non-profit, but to make this even more transparent, we have started the non-profit EUE Foundation, which will be the roof organization for this and all future events.
This non-profit nature of EUE means that all the money goes to making the event better for every visitor, and the event itself has no need to grow larger and in doing so dilute the great experience it has always been. As the entire crew volunteers to make this event happen, and we try to keep the ticket prices within reasonable limits, we depend on our sponsors to help make this event the best it can be.
To put it simply EUE is from the CG community – to the CG community.
GOAL
Bringing together software & hardware vendors, production houses, R&D facilities and other companies active in all aspects of CG, in a relaxed, safe environment, to better understand the needs, possibilities and non-possibilities of our industry. To foster and facilitate a better understanding and cooperation between the whole ecosystem of Computer Graphics.

Weapon of Choice
"You all know how to use software. That’s not the problem anymore. The problem is – what kind of thinking your tools are quietly forcing on you. Because let’s face it, every tool comes with a philosophy. Some are honest about it others are all-in-one shampoo.
Rhino is a fine luthier’s instrument – a violin, perhaps, or a classical guitar. Mathematical in its construction, not trying to do everything, but in the right hands capable of extraordinary expression. And crucially: it rewards mastery over time.
“Rhino won’t make you creative. But it will expose whether you are.” – ChatGPT
Rhino is one of the few tools where your idea can go from sketch… to object… to something you can physically hold and say: ‘Yes, I made this—and yes, it fought me the entire way.’
And above all, McNeel & Associates have stayed modest when most of all the other 3D software producers have become very expensive, focused on expensive subscription based loyalty programmes and without a lot of real upgrades in their platforms.
Let’s discuss settings, gemstone light behaviour, NURBS surfaces, render composition, and brand perception in the same afternoon. Rhino will be my weapon of choice."
