Rhino Training in Johannesburg, South Africa

SimplyRhino South Africa has organized a series of workshops in Johannesburg, South Africa:

Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, University of Johannesburg, Auckland Park
July 3-5, 2014 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)

This is a three-day course run by our Simply Rhino Jhb-based trainer, who has been accredited by McNeel to run Rhino Level One and Level Two courses. He has many thousands of hours of Rhino use and Rhino training under his belt, as well as experience in varied disciplines such as biomechanical engineering, industrial design, class-A surfacing and design for CNC fabrication.

Our course takes place in the fully equipped Rhino lab of the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture at UJ. Participants do not need to bring their own laptops. This course is for the design professional who is new or nearly new to Rhino and wants to learn the features of Rhino at a moderate pace in an instructor-led environment.

July 6-8, 2014 (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)

The course contains both intermediate and advanced level material and concentrates on explaining NURBS topology in more detail before moving on to practical examples demonstrating efficient modeling techniques, modeling strategy and advanced surfacing.

Although the class follows a clearly defined structure there is scope for trainees to discuss individual work examples and work on live project examples.
