We would like to invite you to a free Rhino/Grasshopper Teacher Training Workshop that will take place on April 24-26 at our European office in Barcelona. The course is aimed at tutors, teachers, professors at academic institutions with intermediate Rhino knowledge and no experience using Grasshopper.
You will learn how to use NURBS curves and surfaces for freeform modeling and how to add generative algorithms to your design. We will share our teaching experience with you in order to help you to layout your own Rhino/ GH classes.
Course Layout
Using Rhino, you will be guided through a series of hands-on exercises that highlight NURBS modeling. Grasshopper is a graphical algorithm editor tightly integrated with Rhino’s 3-D modeling tools. We will introduce basics of the interface and guide you through simple exercises.
Bring your laptop. Classroom activities, models, training materials, and files will be made available to you for use in your classroom.
Certificate of completion will be issued.
Requirements: proof of status, 150 words of motivation statement, running Rhino 5 license (90 days trial or educational license)
