The Ginkgo racing ship is a mod by Florian Heinzelmann for
the upcoming spacesim Star Citizen from gaming legend Chris Roberts (Wing
Commander). Chris Roberts collected over 49 Million US$ in crowdfunding for realizing
this game. The Ginkgo ship was modeled in great detail in Rhino and early
shape studies were done with the help of Grasshopper. It was also featured in
the Star Citizen community spotlight.
