You've Got to Keep Moving . . . around campus

Rhino instructor, Victor Gerardo Martinez, developed (in Rhino, of course) Velip, a prototype 'personal vehicle' to get around the campus at ITESM. Designed to be inexpensive, environmentally clean, and upcyclable (a term from the book Cradle to Cradle), the electric powered vehicle has a maximum speed of 18 km/h (11 mi/h), a range of 20 km (12.4 mi), and takes six hours to fully recharge. Victor is now talking with interested potential manufacturers.
